Product Information and Order Acceptance

HeyDude strives to provide accurate details about its products, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and images. However, errors may occasionally occur.

Placing an order constitutes your offer to purchase, which we may accept or reject explicitly. Acceptance depends on stock availability and price verification.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order in cases such as pricing errors, inventory issues, payment failures, or suspected fraud.

Order Processing and Shipping

Typical order processing time at HeyDude is between 1-3 business days. Once processed, orders are usually delivered within 7-12 business days.

Shipping fees are calculated and shown to you during checkout based on your order and destination.

Returns and Refunds

You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for return, products must be unused, undamaged, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Before returning an item, please contact HeyDude support at jonasumapo4@gmail.com to obtain return authorization.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be credited exclusively to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this 24-hour window, your order may already be in processing, making cancellation impossible.

Ownership of Website Content

All content on the HeyDude website—including text, graphics, trademarks, code, and site layout—is owned by HeyDude or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
